Q: I have applied x days ago but still haven’t received my money
A: Because we have to check and verify your application it always takes a couple of days before you receive the money. The biggest reason for delays is the submitting of incorrect personal info, so if you have submitted us the complete and correct information you will probably receive your money within 72 hours. If you haven’t heard anything after 5 days you can email us at: info@pokerunlimited.nl. If you email before that the answer will invariably be: ‘It takes a couple of days before you receive the money’. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but we receive a lot of applications and we need to streamline procedures.
Q: How can you give away free money? What’s the catch?

Q: Do I really not have to deposit myself?
A: With the No deposit promotions you do NOT have to deposit yourself. So don’t do it.
